Very Good
Service was excellent. Thank you for the bday cake and arrangements. Thank you for flexibility to transfer to disabilities room for my mom. Had lovely dinner at poolside too
Bfast at lounge quite pricey, food didn't have much taste Room wS comfortable, but deco needs to be updated . Same with restrooms in the ground floor, wooden doors and cabinets looking old and affects the overall image of the hotel Consider more breakfast options please . Mall shops still closed

Great! Will come back and recommend this place.
The staff are the best! A mini birthday cake delivered by the staff to my room even if it’s been two weeks past my birthday was an unexpected pleasant surprise! Good marketing strategy! Free breakfast rolls and coffee at the lobby for exhausted disoriented guests who had delayed flights and check in are soul soothing. Thank you all.
